DECENT WORK AND 
ECONOMIC GROWTH

SDG 8 aims at ensuring the economic sector of every country provides the necessary need for its citizen to have a good life irrespective of their background, race or culture.

 

Roughly half the world’s population still lives on the equivalent of about US $2 a day. And in too many places, having a job doesn’t guarantee the ability to escape from poverty. This slow and uneven progress requires us to rethink and retool our economic and social policies aimed at eradicating poverty.

Project GOAL provides an opportunity for young people from all over the world to take part in fulfilling its purpose of empowering young citizens through sustainable development goals.
